Alison Pepper currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Government Relations & Sustainability at the 4A’s in Washington, D.C. In this role she works with regulators, legislators, and cross-industry stakeholders on issues of importance to the advertising community. Alison works in key areas of policy that impact advertising agencies including privacy, tax policy, labor, and increasingly, sustainability.

A classically trained marketer at P&G and Pepsi, John Nardone placed the first paid ads on the internet in 1994 while at Modem Media, the first ever Digital Agency. Through the 1990’s he helped create the commercial foundation for the ad supported internet: he led the industry’s first-ever digital media practice; was a founding board member of the IAB; and helped set the first standard creative specifications for the industry.
